Kenny Loggins has had an incredible career, beginning with his work with Jimmy Messina in 1971. Messina met Loggins in 1970. Several of Loggins' songs were recorded by the two musicians in Messina's living room. After being signed to a six-album contract by Columbia (with Messina's assistance), Loggins began recording his debut album in earnest with Messina as producer.

Initially, Messina's only motivation for endorsing the Loggins project was so that he could share the news of Loggins's discovery with his existing audience in Buffalo, Springfield, and Poco. However, by the time the album was finished, the two had become an "accidental duo" due to Messina's extensive contributions as a songwriter, arranger, instrumentalist, and vocalist.

Kenny has since received many honors and recognitions, such as the release of 19 gold or platinum albums, 25 million album sales worldwide, and a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame. He has won the Daytime Emmy, two Grammys, and the ASCAP Harry Chapin Humanitarian Award, among other honors.

His farewell tour, aptly titled "This Is It," will feature a brand new stage show that spans his entire career. There's a high likelihood that tickets will sell out quickly since all the fans are going to be there. You should buy yours right now by clicking the "Get Tickets" button.
